מה נלמד?

ריקוד על עמוד היא אומנות המשלבת את עולם הריקוד והכושר. מצד אחד נעבוד על חיזוק כל קבוצות השרירים בגוף, מצד שני עובדים גם על תנועה מתחום הריקוד. בכל שיעור נלמד אלמנטים חדשים ונחזק את מה שאנחנו כבר יודעים, נלמד לעשות את התרגילים בצורה יפה שתהיו גאים להראות לחברים. השיעורים מתאימים לגילאי 14 ומעלה, לכל הרמות. תזכרו - כולם מתחילים בהתחלה והשמים הם הגבול!

Cancellation Policy

If a lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours before it starts, a full refund is allowed. If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson starts, no refund is allowed. If a lesson is not cancelled according to the cancellation policy, it is counted to be attended and a full fee is charged.
